Skeletal + Muscular System

Students will examine the relationship between structure and function in bone along with understanding the impact of diet on bone development.

This unit was developed to demonstrate the importance of bones and muscles in relation to the rest of the body. Students will examine the relationship between structure and function in bone along with understanding the impact of diet on bone development. Through this unit students will also learn how to identify careers which are involved in rehabilitation of bones and muscles and examine range of motion in the context of physical therapy application.
