Visitor and New Member Information

Anyone affiliated with the University of Kansas Medical Center and The University of Kansas Health System is welcome to attend our meetings and become a club member. KUMC Toastmasters is a closed corporate club and not open to the public.

Our meetings are held every Monday from 11:00 to 11:40 AM in Microsoft Teams.

Please contact KUMC Toastmasters if you would like us to forward our meetings to your Outlook calendar.

For information about Toastmasters International, we first encourage you to visit the Toastmasters International membership page which includes an explanation of each meeting role and a club experience video that give an overview of how meetings come together. One of the key benefits of membership is access to the instructional materials that Toastmasters provides. These projects gradually introduce new skills for learners to practice during speeches.

Our Pathways Information page includes several resources to learn more about the Toastmasters education and leadership program. As a preview, you may view the instructional guide for the Ice-Breaker speech, which is the first speech given by every new Toastmaster.

Please see our KUMC Toastmasters Membership page for Club Membership Information.

Please let us know if you have any questions and thank you for your interest in our club.
