Students who have already been awarded FWS should review the positions listed below and contact the hiring department to apply. Students who have not yet been awarded FWS must first contact the Student Financial Aid Office to determine if they are eligible prior to applying for a position.
- Student Worker, Enrollment Services & Student Financial Aid: The work study position provides assistance to the staff of the Office of Enrollment Services & Student Financial Aid. Primary responsibility is to provide front desk coverage for the Office of Enrollment Services & Student Financial Aid. This requires the ability to interact with individuals in a courteous, timely and professional manner. Duties may include monitoring the telephone line, transferring calls to the appropriate staff member, answering general questions accurately, assisting walk-in traffic and providing excellent customer service. - Student Worker, Kansas Center for Autism Research and Training (K-CART): This work study position provides reasearch opportunities, professional development, and clinical service experience. The student will participate in treatment sessions and provide input with treatment teams, while also gaining experience in grant and publication preparation. The position is for 20 hours a week.
