Dr.Shilpa Sachdeva, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She completed her residency in psychiatry as well as her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, New York. She specializes in Child and Adolescent psychiatry. She also has a role as the psychiatry Clerkship Director for medical students.
Her clinical and research interests include psychotherapy, trauma, attachment, infant mental health, borderline personality disorder, anxiety and depression.
