Symposium 2023: Professional Identity in Nursing: What’s in it for me?

Join us to hear the newest science, trends, and thinking about Professional Identity in Nursing in practice, education, and research. Sponsored by the International Society for Professional Identity in Nursing (ISPIN), this in-person/virtual conference welcomes all US and international students and nurses, to learn and engage with the Professional Identity in Nursing initiative.
Participants will be able to:
- Discuss the state of the science for professional identity in nursing.
- Explore strategies to form and foster professional identity in nursing.
- Describe effective teaching and learning strategies for professional identity in nursing to use in education and practice.
- Identify ways to enhance collaboration between nursing education, practice, and research.
Registration is now open! Attendees much choose to attend in-person or virtually. Deadline to register is Sept. 11, 2023.
$200 for entire symposium (includes preconference)
$25 for students and international nurses

Cancellation policy: Registrants that cancel on or before Sept. 11 will receive a refund minus a $15 administrative fee. After Sept. 11, no refunds will be issued.
APRN/RN: The University of Kansas Medical Center Area Health Education Center East is approved as a provider of CNE by the Kansas State Board of Nursing. This course offering is approved for contact hours applicable for APRN or RN relicensure, Kansas State Board of Nursing provider number: LT0056-0749. Mary Beth Warren, MS, RN, Coordinator.
