Overview:
A series of two online webinars will share scenarios and strategies to help leaders choose the best information from the State of Nursing in Kansas report to support change or advocate for the nursing workforce. Role-based scenarios will align with leaders, employers, and policy advocates. They will provide examples of what data to use, where it is found in the report, and why it is applicable. The Kansas Nursing Workforce team members will lead the recorded discussions with question-and-answer opportunities via the chat. There is no charge for registration and continuing education credit will be available.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this webinar, employers and leaders will be able to:
- Describe data in the State of Nursing in Kansas report (2024) related to supply-side information about nurses in Kansas compared to those in the entire United States, including the: demographics of nurses in Kansas, employment status and retirement of RNs and LPNs/LVNs, and reasons for unemployment of RNs and LPNs/LVNs.
