Responsibilities

Part of our role in Faculty Affairs and Development is faculty governance and assessments.

Governance

Our governance module is made up of our faculty council and includes an executive committee. Annually, we participate in a faculty retreat to discuss initiatives and set the agenda and policies for the upcoming academic year.

Resources

We offer a variety of resources to aid our faculty and their support staff in doing the best job possible while shaping the minds of our future doctors. These include, but are not limited to, assessment resources, recruitment and retention resources and our FACT portal.
