Annual Faculty Assessment (AFA)

As mandated by Board of Regents policy, departmental chairs are required to provide to the Executive Dean an annual assessment of all faculty members having at least a 0.5 FTE commitment to the School of Medicine. This process is based on both a self-assessment by the faculty member, and a review and assessment by departmental chair, including a formal interview. This year AFA information is to be entered in the FACT database.

Faculty members with a start date July 2, 2020 or after are not required to complete an AFA.​  Faculty with a start date of July 1, 2020 or before are required to complete the AFA.

Completed forms and CVs must be received by the Faculty Affairs and Development (FAD) office by Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
