Become a Tobacco Treatment Specialist

The University of Kansas training program prepares diverse healthcare professionals to champion organizational system changes that will enhance equitable access to tobacco treatment and advocate for tobacco prevention and control policies within their organizations and communities.
The program spans 8-weeks, including 6 weeks of asynchronous, self-paced, on-line modules and a one-day in-person (or virtual) skill building and demonstration workshop.
Opportunities for interactions and networking among trainees and faculty are provided throughout the course via regular office hours and discussion boards.
