MPH Faculty Overview

The KU Master of Public Health (KU-MPH) teaching faculty members on both Kansas City and Wichita campuses have diverse educational backgrounds, including such areas of specialization as epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, behavioral psychology, global health, sociology, environmental health and medicine.

In addition, the KU-MPH program utilizes public health practitioners from local health departments and public health organizations as course instructors, guest lecturers and mentors

The University of Kansas Master of Public Health Program (KU-MPH) is proud to announce that we have been reaccredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) until July 1, 2025. CEPH, the independent agency recognized by the US Department of Education to accredit schools and programs of public health, acted at its June 14-16, 2018 meeting to accredit the KU-MPH program for a seven-year term.
