General Gifts

Gifts and contributions made in support of the JayDoc Free Clinic are made through the Kansas University Endowment Association, the official fundraising and fund-management organization for all KU endeavors. Donations made to JayDoc through the KU Endowment Association are tax-deductible. We can provide you with a W-9 form.

Funded entirely by private donations and local grant agencies, JayDoc has received grants from the Health Care Foundation, The REACH Foundation, Wyandotte Health Foundation, and the Association of American Medical Colleges. Clinic and lab spaces are provided at a generously reduced rent by the Southwest Boulevard Family Health Care Clinic.

Please consider a recurring or one-time donation to JayDoc, as well as participating in one of our annual charity events.

Donate Medical Supplies

Medical supply donations can be sent directly to the following address if it is one of the items listed as a High Priority Item:

• Glucometer brand ReliOn Premier only

Payroll Deductions

If you're on the faculty or staff at the University of Kansas or the University of Kansas Health System, you can support JayDoc by having gifts deducted from your paycheck. Even a small amount deducted from each check builds up over time and can eventually provide a substantial gift.
