Jennifer Bacani McKenney, M.D., FAAFP, is a family physician in her hometown of Fredonia, Kansas, She has owned and managed her practice Fredonia Family Care alongside her father and other great colleagues since 2009. She earned her medical degree at the KU School of Medicine in Kansas City and Wichita and completed her residency at Via Christi Family Medicine Residency in Wichita. McKenney is currently the Associate Dean for Rural Medical Education for the KU School of Medicine.

Dr. Richard Fox is a family physician and is affiliated with The University of Kansas Hospital. He received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice 20 years. He is experienced in sports medicine, urinary tract infections, diabetes mellitus, geriatrics, and women's health. Currently associate professor and Assistant Dean of rural health at University of Kansas Medical Center.

Neesa Butler was born in Overland Park, Kansas. She attended Graceland University and the University of Kansas for degrees in Communication studies and Business. She received her Master's in Management and Leadership in 2024. She joined KU Medical Center in 2016. She manages the programs for the Office of Rural Medical Education. In her spare time she enjoys playing sand volleyball, traveling, running and being a mom to her two sons.

Ramon Garcia was born in Onaga, Kansas but grew in St. Mary’s. Attended Highland Community College in Wamego, and then Washburn University for A bachelor’s in business administration. He has been working in higher education for over 4 years. He currently works as the Administrative Assistant for the Office of Rural Medical Education. Outsides of work, he likes to take yoga classes and play with his 3 cats.
