Abid Y. Qureshi, M.D.
Abid Y. Qureshi, M.D., graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine in 2008. He then did an internal medicine internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center followed by his residency in neurology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. From 2014-2016, he completed cognitive neurology and neuroscience fellowships at Harvard University and Brigham and Women's Hospital as well as a vascular neurology fellowship at Columbia University. In 2016, he became an instructor in neurology at Emory University.
Dr. Qureshi joined the faculty of the University of Kansas Medical Center in September 2017. His specialties include neurology and vascular neurology. His clinical practice is focused on stroke and vascular neurology. He is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
