Kansas City Health Department
The Health Department offers several clinics for Kansas City, Mo., residents and the surrounding area. he Health Department offers several services for a fee. We make every effort to keep our fees low.

Childhood Immunizations
All childhood immunizations are free of charge.
Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by parent/legal guardian. If child is not accompanied by parent or legal guardian, then a letter, written and signed, from the parent/guardian must accompany child. A copy of child’s previous shot record and the child’s social security number are needed. The person accompanying the child must also provide proof of identification in the form of a picture ID. STD Clinic
The Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic serves people who have symptoms of or who have been exposed to sexually transmitted diseases. All clinic services are free of charge. Confidential HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia testing are available. Pregnancy tests are also available at no cost for those who are tested for STDs.
