Self-Assessment Resources

The ACGME Institutional Requirements state that residents/fellows/faculty must have access to appropriate tools for self-screening. The following list of self-assessment screening tools were built in RedCap to mirror the same self-screening tools available to KU faculty. Responses are anonymous. These tools are meant to provide the user with a way to assess their own health needs and determination for what resources may be needed.
