GME Institutional AIMS

In the Office of Graduate Medical Education 2025 ACGME Self Study the committee, with approval from the Kansas Board of Regents stated that one of the Institutional AIMS and its supporting activities are as follows: 

AIM3: Continually improve, enhance, and support an inclusive environment. 

  • Develop recruitment strategy to incorporate various student interest groups/key regions.
  • Encourage GME engagement in ongoing training to help improve and support an       environment.
  • Continue to encourage program utilization of the GME Standardized Question Bank/Interview Best Practices tool.  
  • Identify and engage leadership across all programs for collaboration and information sharing.

 AIMS are defined by the institutions as areas that are relevant to its GME Mission.
