The MPA employs over 80 people who provide care to our patients, assist with research, and provide administrative, clerical and accounting support.

Every job in our organization is important and each employee plays a key role in achieving the mission of the MPA. The success of the MPA is based on our outstanding physicians, other providers and staff who provide excellent patient care and unsurpassed customer service. How do we do it? Executive Administrative Coordinator
Full-time Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and accounting support for the general operations of the MPA administrative office. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-4 years’ related experience. Three years’ advanced Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, Windows and Adobe required.

HIV Medical Case Manager
Full-time position providing support to HIV clients linking them to care and services. Knowledge of HIV or case management experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or health-related area required with 1-2 years’ related experience.

Medical Assistant/Receptionist (Psychiatry)
Immediate need for full-time Medical Assistant/Receptionist for outpatient Psychiatry clinic. Knowledge of insurance, outpatient scheduling, medical terminology and medical assistant job responsibilities. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in mental health and medication management preferred. Medical Assisting certificate required. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environment necessary.

Medical Assistant (CHC)
Needing experienced full-time Certified or Registered Medical Assistant to support busy outpatient adult internal medicine clinics. Current national agency certification in Medical Assisting is a mandatory requirement. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment necessary. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a health care clinic setting required. Prior EMR and Microsoft Office required.

Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) – Center for Health Care Clinic
Experienced full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) needed to support adult internal medicine outpatient clinic and organ transplant care coordination. This position will function as part of a multidisciplinary team, conduct complete comprehensive psychosocial evaluations of patients, and provide support and counseling for patients and family members. Must have knowledge and experience working with community based resources. Prior experience with dialysis patients and a strong insurance background a plus. Master’s degree in social work with 2-3 years’ experience required. Current LSCSW State of Kansas licensure required. Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records and basic Microsoft Office Suite required.

Medical Assistant (Midtown)
Needing experienced full-time Certified or Registered Medical Assistant to support busy outpatient adult internal medicine clinics. Current national agency certification in Medical Assisting is a mandatory requirement. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment necessary. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a health care clinic setting required. Prior EMR and Microsoft Office required.

Social Worker – KSKidsMAP (Part Time)
Needing a part-time Licensed Master Social Worker / Coordinator to be part of a pilot program, grant funded, providing virtual support to rural Kansas Emergency Department (ED) clinical staff with disposition planning for children and adolescents who present to the ED with mental health emergencies. Bachelor’s degree (social work) and licensed in the State of Kansas as a Licensed Master Social Worker required. Minimum 3-5 years related experience; Experience staffing a hot line or warm line is a plus.
