The JayDoc Community Clinic Board of Directors is thrilled to invite you to our 2026 JayDoc Awards & Fundraising Banquet celebrating the achievements of our outstanding volunteers and raising crucial funds for providing comprehensive diabetes care at our clinic. Join us for an evening of celebration, recognition and giving back. To mark this special occasion, we kindly request all attendees arrive in semi-formal attire (coat + tie, dresses long or short, slacks/skirts + blouse).

The JayDoc Community Clinic, in partnership with Guadalupe Clinic, provides free health care to medically underserved patients while also offering an opportunity for students to gain hands-on clinical experience.

What: 2026 JayDoc Awards & Fundraising Banquet
When: 6-9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026
Where: Ninth Floor Club and Venue - 100 N. Broadway Ave., Ste. 900, Wichita, KS

The event will kick off at 6 p.m. Feb. 7 with live music and cocktails (cash bar), followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m., and ending with our program and awards ceremony acknowledging the year's most remarkable attendings, residents and students for their dedication to JayDoc Community Clinic. We will also be hosting a silent auction to help us raise funds for providing comprehensive diabetes care at our clinic. Student volunteers can attend at no cost, thanks to the generosity of our donors. Volunteers can purchase one additional ticket for a guest for $40. Tickets for additional guests and non-student attendees are $100. 

Buffet dinner menu:

• Sides: Dinner Rolls w/ Whipped Butter, Buttered Vegetable Medley, Macaroni & Cheese, Loaded Whipped Potatoes
• Entrees: Carved Charbroiled Tender with Mushroom-Merlot Bordelaise, Champagne Cream Seasoned Boneless Chicken Breast
• Dessert Buffet

Support Comprehensive Diabetes Care at JayDoc

Donations and proceeds will support patients by providing essential diabetes supplies like testing strips and glucose monitors, access to vital medications, interpreter services and a diabetes education class that empowers patients to manage their health. With your generosity, we can ensure every patient at JayDoc living with diabetes receives the complete care and support they deserve. 

The student-run JayDoc Community Clinic, a partnership between Guadalupe Clinic and KU School of Medicine-Wichita, has proudly served the community for 20 years, providing quality care regardless of income.
