KU Wichita Pediatrics Infectious Disease Division provides inpatient and outpatient consultation for the diagnosis and management of conditions with an infectious etiology. Most frequently seen conditions include prolonged or recurrent fever, lymph node swelling, bone and joint infections, recurrent pneumonia, foreign body-related infections, infections in immunocompromised children, tick-borne infections, travel-related infections, and recurrent MRSA infections.
