Improve health literacy
- Facts Not Fear ICT aimed to improve health literacy among adult men and women, 18 years of age or older, within priority populations in Wichita. The primary priority populations that Facts Not Fear ICT served were Hispanic or Latino, Black or African American, Asian and American Indian and Alaska Native. These racial and ethnic groups were at the highest risk for health disparities and low health literacy.
