KU School of Medicine-Wichita faculty, students, staff named 2023 Health Care Heroes
June 2, 2023 -- The Wichita Business Journal has announced the 2023 Health Care Heroes, and this year's honorees include numerous KU School of Medicine-Wichita faculty members, including Adam McClure, M.D., clinical assistant professor in Pediatrics. School-Based Health Clinics supported by KU Wichita Pediatrics were also honored for Health Care Innovations.

New study details how KSKidsMAP helps doctors deliver health care to children
Feb. 23, 2023 -- Three years into KSKidsMAP, members of the team are publishing a study in the Journal of Clinical Pediatrics detailing the types of treatment recommendations they’ve shared with doctors and other clinicians who have signed up for the free service.

Feb. 23, 2023 -- The University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita Pediatric Residency Program has been awarded a grant of $2.5 million from the Department of Health and Human Services to innovate and improve the way pediatricians are trained to address mental health.
