We offer two- or four-week elective rotations for traditional and osteopathic visiting students in their fourth year of medical school. Some General Surgery rotations may include specialized focus areas such as colorectal surgery, vascular surgery, endocrine surgery or surgical oncology.

• Traditional AND osteopathic medical students can apply for electives through the Visiting Student Application System (VSAS). Applications will be accepted beginning March 13, 2026.
