"Finding Sasquatch," the new exhibit by Kimberly Fox, will open during a First Friday reception from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, at KU School of Medicine-Wichita.

Who wants to go Sasquatch hunting?

In the William J. Reals Gallery of Art at KU School of Medicine-Wichita, the new exhibit “Finding Sasquatch" by artist Kimberly Fox will feature acrylic paintings, all with a hidden Sasquatch!

Fox has served in the Army for almost 20 years as a medic and military recruiter. She owns a gym and trains and competes in Kettlebell Sport (she knows you have never heard of it and is not offended). She is a multi-time world champion and world record holder in Kettlebell Sport.

Fox started painting during COVID, after having never painted before, and the rest is history. Thank you, Bob Ross.

There is a Sasquatch hidden in the art pieces. Please enjoy trying to find him! The public is invited to join us from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, to view this new exhibit during Wichita’s First Friday. The exhibit will be on display in the William J. Reals Gallery of Art-West.

Refreshments will be served. The public entrance is the patient entrance on the east side of the building (1001 N. Minneapolis). Parking is available in the visitor parking lot or on Minneapolis Street.
