Residents spend most of their training time at this location, our primary partner. The University of Kansas Health System, the Residency Program Office and facilities for resident didactic lectures and conferences are all located on the University of Kansas Medical Center campus.
The University of Kansas Health System, Indian Creek Campus

Residents rotate to The University of Kansas Health System's Indian Creek Campus during their chief year for a general surgery rotation. Residents on their breast surgery rotation as a PGY2 also spend time at the Indian Creek Campus. The Indian Creek Campus opened in June 2018.

Located just five minutes from the main hospital, the Westwood Medical Pavilion provides PGY 1, 2, 4 and 5 residents focused experiences in breast, colorectal, esophageal and other areas of Surgical Oncology including melanoma/sarcoma.

At St. Francis Health Center, residents are treated as a Chief Resident during the PGY 4 rotation.

Located 15 minutes from the University of Kansas Medical Center on the Missouri side of the state line, PGY2's spend approximately two and a half months on a rotation at Children's Mercy Hospital.
