Sleep Fellowship
Learn and grow into an exceptional physician specializing in sleep medicine in our fellowship program offered through Internal Medicine.
We annually offer a one-year fellowship in Sleep Medicine through the Internal Medicine Department at the University of Kansas Medical Center. This training program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.
As part of the program, fellows will gain experience with adult, pediatric and neurologic patient populations. We also place an emphasis on advancing the health sciences through internationally recognized basic, clinical and translational research initiatives.
Potential applicants must have completed a residency by the time of entry into the program and must have a Kansas license to practice medicine.
After completion of this program, fellows will be prepared to sit for the Sleep Medicine Board Examination offered by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)/American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
