The University of Kansas Health System and The University of Kansas Hospital
The University of Kansas Medical Center partners with The University of Kansas Health System, a premier academic medical center, to provide an excellent training facility for medical students, residents and fellows for every one of the medical center’s clinical departments, including Neurology.
Located in a diverse metropolitan area, The University of Kansas Hospital is a Level I trauma center and neurology facilities including an accredited Level 4 epilepsy center, a certified advanced comprehensive stroke center and nationally recognized centers of excellence for ALS, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
Children’s Mercy Hospital
Children’s Mercy Hospital is a nationally recognized, freestanding, state-of-the-art children's hospital located 5 miles east of KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Children's Mercy Hospital regularly serves children and families from six states in addition to patients and families from the broader United States and across the world.
