Registration is open for the Neurology Update Course 2021 hosted by the University of Kansas Medical Center and The University of Kansas Health System.

Set for Saturday, Feb. 13, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., physicians, nurses and other professionals in the neurosciences are invited to attend the virtual one-day course designed to highlight the latest advancements in neurological care and treatment.

A slate of local, national and international presenters from across academic medicine will cover a variety of topics under four main tracks - inpatient neurology, dementia, neuroimmuology and movement disorders. Participants will be able to tailor their educational experience by choosing sessions in the tracks of greatest interest to them.

"This is an opportunity for physicians, nurses and other specialists in the clinical neurosciences to interact with each other as well as leading experts in field and come away with important insight and knowledge. We hope you'll join us for this unique learning experience," said Gary S. Gronseth, M.D., FAAN, chair of the Department of Neurology at KU Medical Center.

Featured presenters will be from KU Medical Center, The University of Kansas Health System, Mayo Clinic, University of Toronto and Children's Mercy Hospital.

Continuing Medical Education and nursing credits will be offered. To register, visit the registration portal. Pre-registrants will be provided with information on how to join the conference a few days before the event.
