Study Details
Eligible participants will attend four in-person visits over a ~6-month period at the University of Kansas Medical Center. At the first visit (approximately 60-90 minutes), participants will complete an informed consent, have their height and weight measured, complete questionnaires (surveys), and receive a wearable device (like a pedometer) to track physical activity and sleep for two weeks. They will also receive saliva kits to receive morning saliva on five different days. Participants will be asked to download a study specific mobile app to their phone to receive daily surveys. After two weeks, participants will return items to the laboratory.
