Breast Cancer Team
The breast cancer team is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to breast cancer patients, as well as excellence in training for future oncologists.
The Division of Medical Oncology at the University of Kansas Medical Center has developed Cancer Site Specific Teams. Our physician investigators specialize in specific types of cancer and are experts in their field. The Breast Cancer team led by Dr. Qamar Khan provides high-quality cancer care service from screening to survivorship for patients with breast cancer. Visit the KU Cancer Center website to learn about how members of the team work in close collaboration as a team to provide comprehensive care for breast cancer patients.
Our team also trains future oncologists who are currently training as fellows at the University of Kansas. Learn about fellowship opportunities in the Department of Internal Medicine-Division of Medical Oncology.
