Interested in joining the medical oncology division at KU Medical Center? Review our fellowship application requirements:
Thank you for your interest in the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship program at the University of Kansas Medical Center. We offer a three-year combined Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program accredited by the ACGME. Applications for the fellowship are submitted through ERAS. Please refer to ERAS for the time line for application submission.
ERAS Submission requirements:
- Common Application Form
- Curriculum Vitae
- Personal Statement
- Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (from supervising physicians most familiar with your professional development)
- Medical School Transcripts
- USMLE Step I, Step II and Step III scores (or COMLEX)
For FMG applicants - copies of ECFMG certificate, VISA, EAD/EAC, etc.
NOTE: The University of Kansas School of Medicine does accept candidates with a J-1 visa sponsored through the ECFMG or applicants with a permanent resident status.
