I joined the Wozniak lab in 2019 as a Research Assistant. I am currently working on understanding changes in endocytic trafficking induced by adapter protein processing. I am also investigating the role of endocytic trafficking in Tau propagation in Alzheimer’s Disease.

Originally from Kolkata, India, I joined the Wozniak lab in November 2020 as a postdoctoral fellow and was then promoted to senior scientist in December 2022.  My main project focuses on Rab mediated cell-cell crosstalk in inflammatory liver disease. Our focus is to develop extracellular vesicle mediated therapeutics for Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
