January 2025

One published paper from Dr. Zhou titled “Generating synthesized computed tomography (CT) from cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) using CycleGAN for adaptive radiation therapy” in Physics in Medicine and Biology in 2019 won the Rotblat Medal (named in honour of Professor Sir Joseph Rotblat, a Nobel Prize winner who also was the second Editor-in-chief of PMB, from 1961–1972) because of the highest citations in the past five years (2019-2024).
