Very early on during my rotation with the program, I found whenever I had questions or topics I wanted to discuss, I was always met with respect and enthusiasm during our conversations. This fostered a wonderful learning environment throughout my entire rotation. I also saw residents being heavily involved in complex anesthetic cases with early subspecialty exposure. Both of these factors helped me feel confident that KU is where I could receive excellent training and grow both as a physician and person.
