Doctor of Physical Therapy

Mission Statement
The mission of the Department of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, and Athletic Training at the University of Kansas Medical Center is to further the profession of physical therapy through state-of-the-art education, research, and service at the local, state, national and international level.

The KU Doctor of Physical Therapy program is currently accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education. Details
The doctoral program in rehabilitation science is not subject to CAPTE accreditation and therefore is not accredited by CAPTE.
