The Clinical Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Research (CORR) Laboratory aims to enhance the understanding and treatment of low back pain and improve lumbar spine surgery outcomes through comprehensive research.

Currently the lab is active in studying lumbopelvic pain and the effects of rehabilitation. In addition, we are researching low back pain and the effects of integrative therapies

Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools such as fMRI and spectroscopy, our team is dedicated to exploring the underlying mechanisms of low back pain and optimizing conservative rehabilitation strategies including exercise, manual therapy, assistive technology, and pioneering innovative treatments to reduce opioid dependency and surgical intervention. By studying the musculoskeletal and central nervous system through non-invasive methods, we aim to improve patient care and advance the field of clinical orthopedics.
