As a student in the KU Department of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, and Athletic Training, you'll train alongside leading practitioners in state-of-the-art facilities at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Our faculty, staff and experienced community practitioners partner with you to gain important insights in a variety of settings, including medical clinics, technology-driven business enterprises, primary education classrooms and community outreach programs. These patient- and client-centered care experiences support our belief that the needs of our students and surrounding Kansas communities are best served by working collaboratively with other health care professionals.

JayStart Clinic

Using state-of-the-art technology in driving simulation and visual, physical, and cognitive testing, we can help clients find out if they are fit to drive and, if they are not, help individuals take the necessary steps to get to that point.
