Matthew Taylor, Ph.D., studies how nutrition may be used to prevent and treat Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological conditions.

Taylor’s research focuses on how nutrition may be used to prevent and treat Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological conditions. He has also developed a laboratory dedicated to microbiome processing and analysis in order to explore the gut-brain axis by researching the influence of nutrition on the gut microbiome and brain health.
