Our most comprehensive program, we assess the client's nutritional health over 24 weeks, utilizing follow-up consultations every 4 weeks and a total of 3 Bod Pod assessments.

• 60-minute initial individual nutrition consultation plus 30-minute Bod Pod assessment

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation at 4 weeks

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation at 8 weeks

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation plus 30-minute Bod Pod assessment at 12 weeks

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation at 16 weeks

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation at 20 weeks

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation plus 30-minute Bod Pod assessment at 24 weeks

Silver Package
This program provides an affordable option to evaluate the client's nutritional health over 24 weeks, with follow-up consultations every 6 weeks and a total of 3 Bod Pod assessments.

• 60-minute initial individual nutrition consultation plus 30-minute Bod Pod assessment

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation at 6 weeks

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation plus 30-minute Bod Pod assessment at 12 weeks

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation at 18 weeks

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation plus 30-minute Bod Pod assessment at 24 weeks

Bronze Package
This program provides an affordable option to evaluate the client’s nutritional health over 12 weeks, with follow-up consultations every 6 weeks and a total of 2 Bod Pod assessments.

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation at 6 weeks

• 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation plus 30-minute Bod Pod assessment at 12 weeks

Basic Package
This basic-level program serves to evaluate the client's nutritional health over 12 weeks, with 1 follow-up consultation and a total of 2 Bod Pod assessments.
