Professional Background
Dr. Rigoberto Ramirez is an Assistant Professor of Medicine with the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He earned his medical degree in 2011 from Kansas University Medical Center. His internal medicine residency program was completed in 2014 at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. From there, he completed a cardiovascular disease fellowship in June 2017 in addition to an electrophysiology fellowship in 2019 from St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City. Following his training, he joined The University of Kansas Medical Center in 2019.
