Regina Plummer, DO

Professional Background

After completing medical school at Kansas City University and post-sophomore fellowship at University of Kansas Medical Center, Dr. Plummer completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She followed her residency training with dual fellowships in cytopathology and hematopathology at University of Kansas Medical Center under Dr. Fang Fan and Dr. Da Zhang, respectively. She is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and holds subspecialty board certifications in Cytopathology and Hematopathology. Dr. Plummer is passionate about the lab’s role in quality patient care with interests in proper lab utilization, quality improvement and lab optimization.
