Unite- Establish and grow cooperative relationships within the research enterprise at the University of Kansas Medical Center, the University of Kansas Health System and partner institutions through efficient, compliant and aligned systems and processes. 

Advance- Elevate and grow the research enterprise by engaging in institutional, regional, national and global collaboration, innovation and investment.

Catalyze- Partner internally and externally to foster research innovation and success by amplifying messaging, guiding strategy and developing the research workforce of the University of Kansas Medical Center.
