This website, hosted by the National Institutes of Health, provides patients, their family members and the public with easy and free access to information on nationwide clinical studies for a wide range of diseases and conditions.
How to conduct a basic search
- Visit ClinicalTrials.gov
- Use the search options to enter one or more words for the type of studies you are seeking. Select the recruiting and not yet recruiting option, if you want to only see studies open to new volunteers. Then click search.
- A list of search results will be displayed. The total number of studies found is shown at the top, along with your search terms.
