Instrumentation

  • picoSpin™ 80 Series II NMR Spectrometer
    • 80MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer used for the characterization of intermediate and lead compounds. This spectrometer provides time efficient and clear H-NMR data which aids in the development and optimization of potential drug candidates. Used alongside industry leading MnovaTM software to provide high quality analysis of spectra.
  • Bruker Alpha II Compact FT-IR Spectrometer
    • Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) spectrometer used for sample verification or characterization of intermediate and lead compounds providing time efficient and clear spectral data. Used alongside OPUS spectroscopy software to aid in data collection, visualization, processing, and analysis.
  • CombiFlash NextGen 300+ Flash Chromatography System
    • Programmable flash column chromatography system used for rapid purification of intermediate and lead compounds aiding in the development of therapeutics.
  • Anton Paar MCP 150 Polarimeter
    • Modular Compact Polarimeter (MCP) 150 is an analytical tool used to the measure the optical rotation of substances allowing for quicker identification of chiral compounds to aid in the development or purification of chiral compounds.
  • BÜCHI Rotavapor R-100 Rotary Evaporator System
    • State of the art rotary evaporator system primarily used for the removal of solvents from samples but also facilitates the synthesis and purification of intermediate and lead compounds, the recycling of solvents, recrystallization and for the drying of fine powders and granulates for synthetic use.
  • Barnstead™ Smart2Pure™ Water Purification System
    • Water purification system which produces Type 1 ultrapure water to aid in the analysis, chromatography, and synthesis of intermediate or lead compounds.
