Fitness Classes
FREE Fitness classes for older adults - In-Person and Online
- Free fitness programs are taught via Zoom and in person by Landon Center on Aging staff
- Online participants can join Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with a tablet, smartphone, or home computer

- Chair Yoga with Shannon Tuesdays from 12:15-1:00 pm in Room 200
Registration is not required. Chair Yoga is a 45-minute class designed to increase flexibility and balance. Many stretches are performed seated in a chair and standing. (Another weekly session is held online on Thursdays.) Chair Yoga Flyer (PDF)
- Tai Chi with Bill Douglas Wednesdays at 10:30 am in Room 200
Registration is not required. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. Tai Chi Flyer (PDF)
