In the meantime, you can register to participate in our free Online Fitness Programs for older adults, which are taught every weekday by our fitness staff.
FREE Online Fitness classes for older adults
- Free fitness programs are taught every weekday via Zoom by Landon Center on Aging staff
- Participants can join with a tablet, smartphone, or home computer
- Monday through Friday at 10:00 AM - Weights and Cardio
- Tuesday and Thursday at 12:15 PM - Stretch and Balance
