Application Process
Thank you for your interest in our fully accredited Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine.
We accept applications through the ERAS® (Electronic Residency Application Service)
Requirements
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency.
- We accept J-1 and H1-B visas sponsored through the ECFMG or applicants with permanent resident status.
Timelines
- June: applications open in ERAS for the following year
- August – October: Interviews
- December: Match

- Curriculum Vitae
- Three letters of recommendation
- Personal statement
- Medical school transcript
- USMLE or COMLEX transcript
- International Medical Graduates - copies of your ECFMG certificate
