Diane DurhamDianne Durham, Ph.D., Professor of Otolaryngology serves as the Scientific Director of the Core. From past and current funding projects Dr. Durham brings a wealth of experience in the area of tissue preparation and visualization by various microscopy including light/contrast, confocal/fluorescence, scanning and immuno transmission electron microscopy. Sarah Tague

Sarah Tague, Ph.D. is the imaging core staff scientist and manager. She is a Senior Scientist with B.A.’s in Microbiology, Germanic Languages & Literatures, and Fine Art from the University of Kansas, an M.S. in Cell Biology from the University of Notre Dame, and a Ph.D in Physiology from KUMC. She has ~25 years of laboratory experience, including ~20 years of experience developing animal models of disease with defined behavioral, molecular, and anatomical outcomes.
