Ms. Huang manages the Histology facility. She has extensive experience with paraffin processing, microtome sectioning, frozen sectioning via the cryostat and routine staining. Users may either bring in tissue for Ms. Huang for a complete process or alternatively, she will provide training so that users may complete projects on their own.

Dianne Durham, Ph.D., is a Professor of Otolaryngology and serves as Scientific Director. As such, she brings a wealth of experience of past and current funded projects utilizing various tissue retrieval and preparation techniques, including frozen cryostat sectioning, paraffin permeation, microtome sectioning, and preparation for transmission and scanning electron microscopy.
