Sequencing Queue

The Sequencing Queue allows Investigators submitting lower volume sequencing projects to obtain space on a flow cell for the NovaSeq X Plus sequencing runs on a first-come first-serve basis. Once registered, Investigators can monitor the status of their run choice for the filling of the flow cell by other users. Samples or libraries submitted for entry into the queue must pass QC or library validation standards (submission guidelines). Please review the following sequencing options to view the current queue status. Queue status will be updated daily. Please forward your sample submission or library submission requests to cbloomer@kumc.edu.
