10x Chromium X
The pricing for 10x Chromium X library preparations does not include sequencing costs on the NovaSeq X Plus. Targeted cell/nuclei counts and reads per cell/nuclei are project-specific and will determine the sequencing required and the associated cost. The Internal and External tiered cost structure for Chromium X library preparation is structured to obtain cost recovery on the single-use 8 sample emulsification chip from the first sample emulsified using the chip. The reduced pricing per sample is also listed below for the available libraries when perfoming a project with an additional 2 - 8 samples.
