Please plan for a potential 5% increase for grant submissions for FY24.
Standard hours of Flow Core operation are defined as 8:00 a.m. -6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Personnel time requested outside of the standard hours of operation will be charged at time and a half (exception will be made when contact of staff is required due to instrument malfunction).
The unassisted rate for using the Aurora outside of standard hours of operation by users trained and approved by Flow Core staff will be discounted by 20%. Note if staff assistance (other than due to instrument malfunction) is required, no discount will be applied.
Investigators will be charged for “no-shows” at the full rate. All time scheduled through Clustermarket or through Flow Core staff will be charged. For no charges to occur, cancellation requires 24-hour notice unless there is a good scientific reason (at the Flow Core staff’s discretion). All cancelations must be done by informing Flow Core staff by email.
